Sharing Session - Part 4

Now the real study begin.....

i need to create smartscope programming that will used to measure all the standard block...

study mesti merangkumi axis x,y and z...
study scope mesti merangkumi all the range that we used to measure...

buat programe tak susah... nk measure tu pun tak susah.. cuma each range, each axis, need to measure 10 times.. in order to calculate the mean and standard deviation....
ini yg takes times...
and aku bukannnyer full time focus on benda ni... daily job routine yg melambak tu.. saper nk catch up... akak jugak... !!...

i need to special arrange one of my tech to focus on these things... dah berapa kos nyer ni...

Measuring Range : Range yg mesti dicover.. ada banyak differentition sebab tolerance berbeza.
Tolerance : tak kan tak tau... ±  la..
Total tolerance : tambah kan nilai ± tadi....
Reference Standard : Standard Block yg digunakan.. kalau ada + tu bermaksud... block size x + block size y + block size z
Light Source Setting : Range light source yg digunakan sepanjang measurement (this light source was recommended by our supplier since we buy the 1st version equipment)

Ini baru study untuk define Type A Uncertainty in my measuring system...

What about Type B... ??...

Type B comes from :
  1. The equipment itselves.... we called it as an 'Imported uncertainty... senang je ni... dapat dari calibration report... kena kira sikit la... Untuk x and y axis.... E = (2.5+5L/1000)micron.. Untuk axis z... E = (3.0+5L/1000)micron
  2. 'Imported uncertainty' from the block gauges.... the uncertainty is given according to the gauge size... so kena calculate u=kU
  3. Uncertainty which comes from our appraiser... so kena kira orang yg measure punyer Reproducability... iaitu... keupayaan measurements appraiser untuk mengukur nilai bacaan yg sama dgn appraiser lain.. need to apply within 3 appraiser...
