Sharing Session - Part 3

Dengan berpandukan kepada guidelines on Part-2.... i start the journey of the study... poyo la statement..... mcm nk sambung belajar je... JOURNEY..... cehh...

1ST
Equipment yg dipilih.... yg paling senang nk buat programming.... OGP Smartscope... CNC 500..... mudah dan ringkas.. tak payah pening2....

2ND
I choose steel block gauges as a reference standard which we send out for external calibration.. kalau internal kami tak panggil calibration, but we called it verification sebab kitorang bukan certified company to calibration body.... Steel block gauge yg byk size pilihan... lgpun kalau tak cukup saiznyer... boleh tambah2.... we need to ensure barang tu calibrated is to prove that the validation is validated since we already ensure the accuracy of the standard according to the calibration result...
kalau tak mcm mana nk convince org bgtau reference kita tu standard kan...

3RD
Guna Uncertainty calculation to prove that the measurement results using those equipment and software is < 10 % of the total tolerances...
actually.. after study.. baru la I discover that uncertainty got Type A & Type B... Then just we can calculate the combined uncertainty... dari combined uncertainty... we can calculate the Expanded Uncertainty...
bermaksud... uncertainty tu...kebarangkalian measurement system tu buat silap...

4TH
Acceptance criteria : Expanded Uncertainty < 10% of the total tolerances...
total tolerance of the measuring range.... kena study pulak... from what range.. to what range.... apa tolerancenyer...

5TH
Function apa nk guna ni... malasnyer nk buat byk2... length je cukup.... tapi kena cover untuk semua axis la.... x axis... y axis.. and z axis..... bos ada cadangkan untuk validate circle function.... flatness... angle... tapi meantime... busy la... so proceed la dgn length dulu... ni pun tak tau boleh present tak masa sharing session nanti...

6TH
Range... kena la study... the most smallest dimension yg kitorang ada measure guna equipment ni... and the longest dimension and the highest z axis yg equipment pernah measure.... and it requires for all axis...

Akhirnyer.... draft accepted..... alhamdulillah....

Dan lastly.. I discover 1 thing.....
