i'm not anymore taking heavy breakfast as before... selalu makan nasi lemak, bee hoon goreng.... sekarang I take only biscuits with coffee, or kuih with coffee.....
lunch as usual... having nasi campur or nasi goreng or any kind of mee....
Dinner.... i need TO REALLY make sure to have my dinner before 8.. or at least at 8 pm... kalau dulu... 10.30 pun boleh bedal nasi goreng ayam kunyit..... kih kih kih....
I need to add an extra exercise.... seperti........ aerobik...
Tapi bila...??... ok... will be planned......

ReplyDeleteCuba ko kira kalori ko amik sehari... Cuba hadkan mula2 1500 sehari, kendian 1200... Slow2 laa, nnt badan terkejut...
ko ingat la kat dia kan.... apa kabar la sekarang... tapi.. masa lunch... member-member JJCM aku semua makan heavy.... nampaknyer.. aku kena la mendisiplinkan diri untuk mencapai cita2 aku kan....
