1. Do not place the goods at the floor where the floor is cracked.
2. If termites are found, do not panic.  
3. Do not remove the affected goods but remove the goods surrounding it.
4. Do not spray any aerosol or chemicals at the affected areas. If not, this will make the termites spread to other areas

1. Why do I have this problem?

Termites wander randomly in search for their food source (wooden structure / paper/etc) and areas of high humidity. Termites can enter through cracks in the

building foundation.

2. Is the pest harmful / transmit disease to me?

    Termites do not transmit disease but they do weaken the wooden structure in your building.

3. What are the basic signs of infestation of Termite?

     Mud tubes – trails of soil, damages on the wooden structure, live termites, alates-termites with wings.

4. What can we do to reduce / prevent this problem?

    Regularly check for signs of infestation at termite hot spots areas such as wooden structure or carton box

5. Before Rentokil comes, what should I do to control the situation?

    First do not panic. Do not disturb the termite activity and please do not use aerosol or spray any chemicals at the areas with termite activity.
